Does anybody know whether tariffs currently apply to aeronautical products coming to Canada from the United States, or to aircraft repairs or aeronautical component overhauls done in the United States? If tariffs apply to aircraft repairs or aeronautical component overhauls, are the tariffs applicable to the parts only, or parts and labor?
Finally, do tariffs apply to used aircraft?

If the aircraft qualifies under USMCA rules, it may be exempt
