Looking for a seaplane instructor in Selkirk Manitoba

Red River Aviation Service is currently seeking a full time or part time seaplane instructor on the Red River based out of the Selkirk Airport waterdrome (CKC5). We are an outfit operating a C172 on floats teaching endorsing 20-40 seaplane students a year.
We operate from May until the middle of October on average. We offer basic endorsements (7 hour courses, 25 hour courses, 50 hour courses and rust removing sessions along with aerial sightseeing).

Requirements:

-Valid CPL
-Seaplane endorsement
-200 hours of seaplane time
-Legally able to work in Canada
-Driver License
-Previous seaplane / northern experience an asset
-Strong personal skills / works well with individuals
-Previous instructor experience an asset

Whether currently working in Manitoba looking for some part time employment / seaplane experience or just interested in staying involved in aviation whilst not full time.

We will provide your right seat training and ensure you’re comfortable and competent prior to being sent loose.

Pros of employment with RRAS:

Monthly salary can be negotiated based on an average of 7 endorsements a month or piece work per each endorsement can be discussed.
