With that kind of time, realistically you are at minimum 2 years to upgrade. That said, you will make a very good buck (first years are easily doing 100k with block growth and abit of OT) in the right seat flying to some pretty awesome spots.

I can not comment on how long to hear back.

the wait time is killing post interview. They have a GS starting 2nd June, but no news :rolleyes:
