Looks like they’ve been hiring lots through the pandemic too. Maybe a good spot?

Was just wondering if anyone would have any 2024 numbers regarding the Chartright Challenger 300 FO pay out of YYZ, typical schedule, overnights, bonds and such? Would be greatly appreciated!

My data is about 2yrs old but starting FO 70-100k, CA 160-190k.

"Schedule" and overnights completely depends on the specific airplane and owner - i.e. how much charter they want the airplane to do. 2 weeks of vacation.

2yr bond is the standard.
