Titan Avionics is a Transport Canada-approved maintenance organization based at Red Deer Regional Airport, specializing in installing, repairing, and inspecting avionics and electrical systems for both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Certified Avionics Technician to join our team in Springbrook, Alberta. If you're seeking a hands-on role in a collaborative environment where your skills are recognized and your growth is supported, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of avionics systems
Work with pitot-static, communication, navigation, autopilot, flight management, and electrical systems
Perform system modifications based on manufacturer service bulletins, engineering orders, and Transport Canada-approved documentation
Certify the proper installation and function of all avionics components
Maintain accurate and timely technical records, including Service Difficulty Reports
Keep tools, equipment, and the shop organized, clean, and safe
Supervise, mentor, and support apprentices and non-licensed techs
Promote a positive, professional workplace by leading with integrity
Participate in our Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Assurance (QA) programs
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Pitch in with other tasks or projects as needed

What You’ll Bring
Valid Transport Canada AME-E License
Diploma in Avionics Technology
Strong understanding of avionics systems and relevant regulations
Hands-on field experience in avionics maintenance
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working both independently and in a team
Previous supervisory or mentoring experience is a strong asset
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and ongoing learning
Valid driver’s license
Proficient in spoken and written English
Based in the Red Deer area or willing to relocate
