Hi All,
I am brand new Class IV Instructor and looking for a job (as any new instructor would). Would anyone have any ideas of schools that are hiring right now, that have a good reputation? I'd prefer to work at a big flight school that would have a lot of students/integrated programs/attachment to university program (ex. WWFC/MFC, etc.), but this is of course not a dealbreaker. I am having a tough time finding jobs, so any help regarding the best way to find a decent instructing job is much appreciated! I am in the Toronto area but willing to move to any other big city/civilized area in Canada.
I have been offered one interview so far with Select Aviation in Quebec. Would any one have any experience/feedback with them regarding if this would be a good place to instruct? Again, I would love to hear any experiences and any input would be very helpful, thanks in advance!!

Re: Flight Instructor Jobs
1. don't be picky. take any instructing job you can get ( instead of "prefer big school balabala")
2. start from ramp job or dispatcher. in order to "break into" a company.
3. take some part time job first. Uber or anything you can get to keep yourself survive first.
