Some flights unavailable on myidtravel

Hello,
When I try to book flights operated by WS since this year (ex Sunwing) they just don't appear on myidtravel. Either ZED or Jumpseat.

Do you know when it's gonna be available?

I found out that some of the flights (with certain European carriers) are not available to book if I select "ALL AIRLINES", but if I select the specific airline, they work. Try that. It might work, or might not.

Because WS didn't want to "run the risk of FULLY taking on the route network", the ex-swg flights are all still "charters" and thus can't be booked. Only way is for employees to book on WJ code flights and then "show up early and ask if able to switch".

Supposedly a fix is coming in the new year. maybe.

Ok so it will eventually be fixed..!

From YUL there is usually 2 daily direct flights with WS to CUN and PUJ but when I try to book myidtravel is only showing me flights with a layover at YYZ.

I will try that, book with the YYZ layover and ask at check in for a seat on the direct flight

All Sunwing flights have flight numbers in the 2000's
