Station Supervisor(M2 AME)
Ready for your next big challenge? If you're an AME with leadership experience, we want you to join our team! We’re on the lookout for a Station Lead to help drive our maintenance operations at YHZ. Reporting directly to the Director of Maintenance (PRM) and the QA Manager, you’ll play a key role in our growing team, supporting our diverse clients with their line maintenance needs. YOUR TASKS:
Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure aircraft are serviceable, meeting operational requirements and adhering to Transport Canada and client airworthiness standards.
Plan, manage, and supervise the execution of aircraft maintenance tasks.
Allocate and manage resources effectively to handle the assigned workload.
Document delays, incidents, accidents, and other maintenance-related communications.
Consult with client Maintenance Operations Control (MOC), System Operations Control, and Operations Managers, regarding incoming maintenance issues and aircraft faults.
Engage with Flight Operations at departure gates to discuss aircraft serviceability, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance to uphold operational readiness.
Maintain clear communication with all ramp maintenance personnel.
Manage base inventory and liaison with main stores for material requests and tooling.
Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of aircraft maintenance activities.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance (PRM) and the QA Manager
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
Must have a valid AME M2 license and minimum of three endorsements (A320, B777,B737 NG/MAX, or A350 strongly preferred)
Must have a valid RAIC, DA, and AVOP for YHZ or able to obtain
FAA A&P license strongly preferred
Previous AME Lead/Supervisor experience required.
Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Bi2).
Strong communication skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
