Cessna 180/PA12 Float Pilot/Dockhand 2026 Season

The Ogoki Frontier is a Premier Fly-In Fishing/Hunting Outfitter located in Armstrong, Ontario. We are looking for a pilot for the 2026 season (May-October) to join our team doing checkflights and outpost camp maintenance with our Cessna 180 and Piper PA-12. The candidate must be a team player that can work with minimal supervision and have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things.

Requirements:
- A valid CPL or PPL
- A valid CAT 1 or CAT 3 medical
- Minimum 200 hrs Total Time
- A Float Endorsement with a MINIMUM OF 50 HOURS ON FLOATS (180/185 preferred)
- Competent flying abilities with safe and sound judgment
- Previous Outpost Camp experience an asset but not necessary
- Physically fit (manual labour required)
- Small motor and general maintenance knowledge is an asset
- A Valid Class G Drivers License with a clean abstract

Duties:

- Daily aircraft preparation and maintenance
- Prepare freight and calculate for safe weight and balance for checkflights and camp maintenance
- Deliver items for checkflights and camp maintenance
- Maintain outpost camps (grass cutting, firewood, camp gas and propane inventories, (cleaning boats and cabins when needed)
- Preform daily duties at main base
- Assist with customer change over days at main base
- Other duties as requested
