Encore will ALWAYS be short Captains just like Jazz will. The compensation is miles away for any Capt to stay

Water is wet, sky is blue, etc.

Water is not wet because wetness is the result of a liquid interacting with a solid surface. Water is the liquid, so it can't be wet by itself

The sky is often cloudy (white/blue) and every day gets dark and is black.

My coworker's (703 Medevac) got some call backs from Encore and offers went out for the Feb ground school and they said there will be a March ground school. I guess its just for those in the pool as they haven't opened FO hiring on their website yet.

I heard the next ground school might be in September. I’m currently waiting for the in-person (virtual) interview, which should be happening in early August.

They applied on the westjet careers website. Some figure it out and some don’t I guess. I just checked and you can apply today if you wish. If you can’t find a way to apply for the job with the resources presented how would you find pertinent information while performing the duties as FO. I sense you and others need to be spoon fed everything and don’t have the ambition to figure things out yourself.
