Im 2500-3000. Interview during summer/fall 2025. Currently 705 Captain.

I am. Started the process summer 2025, interviewed in fall. 2000-2500 total.

I find that suprising if you’re hearing they’re short staffed there right now. A buddy of mine during the last shoulder season was getting blocked in the high 30’s each month…. That says the complete opposite

The 321 is seriously understaffed and the 330 over staffed. The next bid should be a rebalancing of the crews and possibly some hiring. There's no word as of yet on when this bid will happen though.

That is what I heard. Figured they would avoid the rebalancing as they’ll need the extra 330 pilots for augments starting Jan 1. Who knows…

The new augmented rules start in 2027 and phase two in 2030.

No new GS's, and looks like upgrades are sitting around 8+ years right now and climbing. It's retirement attrition only.
It's likely the correction period while the company intends to be running leaner rostering.
