Hi everyone, I just got my interview results and I’ve been placed in the hiring pool. Is anyone else in the same boat? I’m wondering how long the wait typically is before getting an actual offer. Or... is being 'pooled' just a polite way of saying I didn't get the job? Thanks!

You should know what a hiring pool is, and if not, a search here will tell you, put some effort in. Additionally, you can ask HR. If you're really interested in flying for Flair, put some effort in and communicate. Or are you one of those FOs who just sit there with a dumb simle?

Thanks for the reply. I understand how the pool works and I've already touched base with HR. I was simply hoping to connect with others currently in the same boat to gauge recent timelines. Appreciate the advice.

If you're in the hiring pool you've successfully passed the hiring process however you weren't picked for this round of hiring. We wont likely be hiring again before fall so that would be the earliest you could expect a follow up and course offer.
