What You Will Do:
- Ensure safe, compliant flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations (Part 91), including oversight of flight crew, aircraft airworthiness, and adherence to duty time limitations
Coordinate with FAA authorities, internal teams, and external partners on operational, regulatory, and training matters
Oversee pilot training, qualifications, and records, ensuring all certifications, recurrent training, and documentation are current and compliant
Lead and support the development of safety programs, training initiatives, and standardized operating procedures
Maintain and update all operational manuals and publications, ensuring alignment with current FAA requirements and best practices
Manage pre-flight planning and aircraft readiness, including flight plans, weather review, inspections, provisioning, and logistics
Act as liaison with training providers and coordinate all flight and ground training schedules
Ensure timely communication of regulatory updates, safety bulletins, and operational changes to flight crew
What You Bring:
- Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
Valid FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
Current Instrument Rating and applicable aircraft type rating (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 5,000 total flight hours, including significant multi-engine turbine experience
Experience operating within a corporate flight department environment
Strong working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and FAA guidance material
Previous leadership experience as Chief Pilot, Training Captain, or in a flight operations supervisory role
Proven ability to manage flight crew scheduling and ensure compliance with FAA flight and duty time limitations
Strong understanding of aircraft airworthiness requirements and operational risk management
Experience maintaining operational manuals, SOPs, and regulatory documentation
High level of discretion, professionalism, and executive presence when supporting corporate passengers
