POSITION NAME: Full-time Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (A320 endorsement)
Job Type: Full-time, permanent, shift work 554, afternoon shift
YOUR TASKS:
Carry out line maintenance (daily, weekly, service checks) on various aircraft types.
Perform other work on aircraft as outlined by applicable Inspection Instructions, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins in accordance with accepted practices.
Ensure that all items of work are recorded and signed out as required on the applicable Maintenance Control forms.
Carry out any other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor/manager.
Track and plan maintenance activities and coordinate with Dispatch as required.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
Hold a valid Transport Canada M2 aircraft maintenance engineer license and Transport Canada approved endorsements
The following endorsements are preferred: Boeing 737 NG/Max, B787,B777,A320,A320,A330,A350
FAA A&P license is an asset
Minimum 2 years of licensed AME experience and line maintenance experience is an asset.
Be familiar with the appropriate parts of the MPM, MCM, aircraft operations specifications and maintenance manuals necessary for the performance of his/her duties.
Applicant must be able to work independently and/or in a team environment and have good organizational skills, pro-active, result-oriented and strive for continued improvement.
Must have or be able to successfully obtain an Airport Security Clearance (RAIC) including an airside driver’s permit (AVOP) for the respective airport
Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to company needs.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada, Wright International does not provide sponsorship
