Looks like they stalled inadvertently at an altitude too low to recover from.

Don't see the prop moving in the video - although the video quality is poor.

Looks like a stall to me as well.

Very fortunate that nobody was killed.

Trying to coax it in dead stick, and caught a bad gust out of the nearby T-storm? Right at the bottom of the round-out, and out of energy...

I heard a video that had engine sound including a large increase just before it bounced and the application of reverse after it disappeared around the corner then a bang when it hit the shore.

The wind at Orcas Island, 3.5 miles south Susia Island was 170 10G17 at the time of the crash. That would have given him a substantial quartering tailwind on his northeast appoach into Shallow Bay on Sussia Island. He looked to be at a very high angle of attack and appears to me, stalled during a go around.
