For people who have immense knowledge/experience and international individuals who successfully trained then worked in Canada:
I have multiple inquiries to be asked, and this is very important for me because I am very interested in being a pilot and I would like to do it Canada because my country cannot provide any kind of support/services to people with this interest.
I would like to receive insightful responses and advice from you, please be very unbiased and logical.
In detail:
1. For international students who trained in Canada did you have any hurdles to find your first job as a pilot? Whether it is entry level CPL jobs, or class 4 flight instructor jobs, do you reckon that it’ll be impossible to find flight instructor jobs in another institution other than the one you trained in? Do you think that there is any kind of bias? I mean all international students graduate with a 2-3 year PGWP (depends on the training/diploma/degree duration), which grants you work and living rights, but there are a lot of PR holders and citizens who are also looking for these jobs.
2. What is the most concrete way to getting into this field? A diploma or a degree? I’m looking to start with either one, to guarantee that I’m eligible for a PGWP.
3. Will the job market in the next 3 years get very hungry for class 4 instructors and entry CPL holders? Or is it impossible to anticipate such projections?
4. Is float rating / seaplane rating (15 hours) worth it? Does this rating open a whole lot of opportunities for me? Or does it require more hours (50hrs float rating)?
5. Is flight dispatcher certification worth it? Same inquiries as the previous question.
6. Will it be kind of a smooth process for me to find any hour-building jobs (regardless of pay) with these qualifications? :
diploma in aviation: PPL, CPL, MER, MEIR (Group 1 IFR), Class 4 Instructor rating and Float Rating (15 hours) and flight dispatcher certification.
7. Is there any advice you can give to me? This is truly my passion, but I can’t just waste my parents money if it is risky. Is it risky even after having all these qualifications?

Maybe if you have a crystal ball you can predict what the market will be in 3 years.
Personally I will not bother with dispatch licence or other training.
Focus on what you want to do. Instructor rating etc...
You want to fly, you don't want to dispatch or do other things.
As a foreigner you will notice that you will not be first in line for the best jobs no matter what people will tell you. Trust me.
This industry goes in cycles, so eventually you will have a shot if you are patient and ready to go where the hobs are.
I went the instructor route, it worked for me but there are always a thousand ways to skinna cat ! Good luck !
