Flair Pilot Intervie Process

Hi everyone, I'm applying Flair as FO. I'm wondering what their hiring processs looks like? the time for coming through the entier process. After applying, on Aug 17, 2026, I received the prescrenning questionarie on Aug 20th, and submitted right way. However, I haven't heard anyting since. If anyone would like to share their experience would really appreciated.
