YVR FO Rep Breaking CARs to do VO

Post by AllthatJazz »

So now we have the FO Rep in Vancouver asking the company to break the CARs to do Voluntary OT?

Things weren't ever this bad at Jazz and all the escapades there. At least they weren't asking the company to literally break rules for their own benefit publicly

You should all leave the same note and then when you get called either:
1) Have them restart your rest as it got interrupted
2) Report them to TC

Whichever option, or both, suits you best at the time :smt040

As an AvCanada discussion grows longer:
-the probability of 'entitlement' being mentioned, approaches 1
-one will be accused of using bad airmanship

The company is actually pretty good with that. The issue was on the pilot, not the company.
