During the last hiring wave it seemed like anybody with 1500 hours, some PIC time and an ATPL were getting in.
What's it like now? I've seen a couple people in the other threads with 3k or 4k hours not getting a call, so...what are they actually looking for? What's their average hiring experience?

I got scheduled for a phone call interview. Hasn't happened yet. But they're hiring for sure. It seems like they're looking for lots of jet time experienced people.

Got called for an interview within a week or two of applying, and pretty much told me on the phone to expect a in person interview.
Probably not going to the interview. Got grumpy I had to get myself across the country on my own dime haha. And realistically wasn’t super interested in the job anyways.
