Salary: Formula with a base salary and field pay. Amount: Above average + per diems and all expenses while on field assignments.
Working Conditions: Good maintenance, minimal politics, great crew of field personel, good support from management. High Safety Standards.
Schedule: month on/month off rotation. Max 200 days per year. So you can expect to be away from home for 150-200 days per year.
Reqs: For Navajo/Caravan, like to see 2000 hours(this is not an absolute minimum), with most of that PIC. the reason is that we operate away from base for extended periods without supervision, often in foreign environments, and we ferry our aircraft worldwide.

that is true to some degree. we just hired a couple contract guys to pick up slack when it's busy, but we haven't hired any permanent guys for over a year, and i don't see anymore permanent positions coming up until at least after christmas, but you never know. if we lose a guy, then obviously he has to be replaced, or if we land a long term contract in the next couple months, again, our staffing levels will have to be reviewed.
