Head West....I did after working for one of above companies. I switched to rotary but regardless...head west. I miss home. Lots of good friends work for some of those companies and are perfectly happy. But the money isn't there.......peanuts to fly a clapped out Ho isn't my idea of fun. But to each his own. There are somedays when I'm stuck in the middle of f-ing no where sleeping in the back of an Astar that I wish I was landing into the sunset in yhz getting ready it hit Spring Garden  sorry got a little teary eyed there :(

True Dat

It's called Alberta, and the roads are paved with gold or something. For the first few years i kinda missed home, but when i go back now it's boring as all hell. except for the cottage.

Now I'm used to big service roads running along the highways in towns, engine retarder breaks all night, oddly named towns like Oyen or a combination of two names consisting of High, Prairie, River, Grande, Level, Rainbow, Lake, Fort. Better than the ones with Tuk in them. Kinda like a three year old named most of the roads and towns here, whitecourt, greencourt, whitemud, deerfoot. Endless flat terrian which reminds me of the ocean, and truely inspiring mountains.

It's all waiting for ya, including a 200k a year job and a coke problem in YMM

If you'd got here in sept old Ralphy would have $400 for ya. I'm spending mine on a restricted firearm. yee-haa.

Good Luck wherever you end up.

Get out of the East while you still can. :smt073 The best oppertunitys to progress your career the fastest are all West of Quebec. There is not enough jobs to go around in the East for all of the pilots there. Not enough in the other provinces either but more oppertunity than your gonna get at home.
Trust all of us East Coasters, we love home as much as you do but we love the dream more. :smt055
Cheers!
