I'm planning on renting an airplane from a guy. Does anyone know roughly how much insurance would cost me? It would be day and night VFR flying.

A c_150 with full hull coverage and all perils is around 800 a year, contact Dave Fitzpatrick in B.C his ads are always in COPA in this case the airplane was valued at 24,000

Wow $800 is really cheap I would have thought that it would be around 1500-1800 for full hull insurance and about half that for just liability.
