Hey gang! I would really like to work at Westjet and I meet all the minimums, but I'm a little concerned because I live in Ontario and I don't know anyone at WJ. I've heard rumours over the years about needing internal references at WJ. Is there anyway I can make my application stand out and make sure that it gets in the "right" pile without anyone pushing for me? Any feedback at all would be appreciated.

I got on without an internal reference. I was in Thunder Bay!!!!!!
However I made friends with a whole lot of westjetters. I asked a lot of people to help me so perhaps I did and just didn't know it.
I made it my mission to get on.
