Fear not! Many a poster here hath suffered the failings of highschool only to overcome adversity, proceeding to success at university.
While we may not all be verbose, we all have potential. Take not 'no' for an answer, and reverse word order in sentences to confuse people into thinking you're smart.
What are you looking at doing? There are plenty of ways to get in if you're really motivated.
Your marks are better than mine were in HS... I was the king of dicking-around when I should have been working. Now I'm CPL/multi/ifr, one diploma, and about 10 months from a degree. Lots of people dick-around when they're kids only to become successful later on. No worries.

Dyslexics of the world... UNTIE!
There are always options for post-secondary education it may just be a more round about way in getting there. Are you hoping to get post-secondary education in aviation or just for something else?
Set up some goals for yourself and then decide the best way to get there. It may involve re-doing a highschool course or two or getting a college diploma first and then depending on your marks there going towards a degree.
