They lost another three pilots this week alone. That's on top of two last week. They can't keepup with training. All management ever does is complain about training costs. Spend money on the guys you already have. They would stay and you would save in the end.

Hey VS every company is having a hard time keeping guys. Doesnt matter what you pay someone hes not going to stay in North SK. I heard the managment at TWA is doing very well. Sounds like lots of inside advancement.

Lot's of movement within the company right now. Not sure where your getting your info? Have you seen the employment section today there is numerous companies looking, they also happen to be in much more hospitable areas. Lot's of low timers are getting impatient, it takes time to train 15 to 20 newbies. And when you see postings on the website they are also posted from within.

The last 5 ho captain have all been from outside the company. So not even meeting contact requirements for hours. They are now up grading two of the outside ho captains to king air captains, one of which almost killed 8 staff members coming home from the company Christmas party. If that is your defintion of doing good, you need a new dictionary.

Je crois que tout vous nobodys devrait se taire et nous laisser les pilotes profesional français viennent et vous montrent des occidentaux comment voler. pour que la compagnie comme TWA soit capable de progresser et être capable de rivaliser comme une compagnie réelle

They have kids in PA making less than min wage... they have yet to change there pay scales to reflect the new min wage of SK. Oh and go there if you like having a cell phone and not being paid to be on call 24/7!
