Very small shop. Almost all hiring done from internal ref's.

They don't pay that bad but the guys work hard for it, rarely home...

Seem to hire only "locals" meaning those who work out of, or have worked out of YOW in recent times....ie. First Air, Knighthawk,local corporate operators etc...

Actually they work hard mostly over the summer. The remainder of the year is average, some months busier, others slower.

As far as hiring, they are becoming more base specific, in fact I think they might be looking for YVR based guys. Not 100% on that though.

Correct.

They have opened up a crew base in YVR. Some crews have transfered and most of the new hires will be based in YVR. So they will be seeing a lot of the UK. Don't know if they will get rotated through the Caribbean yet.
