No landings between 10pm-12pm? guess aircraft can just circle overhead the city until 12:01

It didn't actually state in the article they could land at 1201... Which in my mind makes no sense, lets keep the noise down between 10-12 but at 1201, lol, ppl aren't sleeping anymore... Or they are and they didn't want to be disturbed during sex 10-12???

I'd be more worried about being disturbed during sex from 00h00-00h01. Anything outside those times is fine for me.
