How far a drive is Toronto Island Airport from Toronto International? Time and KM?

20-25 minute drive with no traffic. In rush hour it could take 40-45 minutes either way. Approx 25km.

Or more, I've spent an hour getting on the highway from Toronto never mind highway to YYZ. That's usually in the summer rush hour though, never mind if there's an event taking place at the CNE!!

YYZ-YTZ is 25km from the ferry pier according to google maps.
