Any acrobatic operation is banned and will terminate automatically the present contract and it without payment of bonus enumerated previously. The days of leave will be determined such as described in the manual of operation(development) of the company *

Looks like 250/week with free car, rent, cell, internet and a small bonus at the end. Maybe not horrible for an un-employed instructor or the like, although in the current market it would seem most could do better.
I know if I was fresh out of school with 200 hours I would throw a dart at them just in case...

That's just the base pay. I used to do aerial photography too, and we would be paid a base pay of $100/week. On top of that, we were paid extra for every roll of film or special request flight. I could bring in $1200/month working only 3 days per week. The senior pilots there who have a plane to themself can bring in $2000/month in the summer easily.
