Changes in interview process
Hi all,
I know AC Interview topic has been beaten to death and yet here is another quesiton. And this question is with regards to 30 mins. short written exams prior to actual interview panel process.
Quote "A series of preliminary 30 minute exams to determine whether or not they will continue with the rest of the interview process with you (ie medical, cog test, panel interview, etc). I think 3 or 4 of them and I am not sure of the content."
Could someone who has gone through the interview process since March of this year shed some light on this? What did those series of preliminary 30 mins. exams consist of?
My understanding of the whole process so far consists of 3 psych exams, 1 cog test, and medical. However, as I was researching on Avcanada regarding the interview I came across the quote above.
Thank you in advance.

One more thing...
What happens if one does well on two Pre-interview written exams but not so well on the other two? Or does one have to "PASS" all four of them?
Once again, I am inquiring about the Pre-interview written exams and NOT the 3 Psych. tests nor 1 cog test.
Cheers.
