What im wondering is what does the controller mean when she asks "are you Golf or Foxtrot".

Tango Whiskey Alpha wants to transition through CYKZs control zone.

Is the registration C-F_ _ _ or C-G_ _ _ ? Because the pilot failed to do a standard "four-letter" initial call. And also failed to identify aircraft type...

I often hear pilots mention their call signs too fast or their radios transmit too garbled and that's where the a/c type is misunderstood a lot.
