MULTI ENGINE RENTAL

Post by PIC »

I LIVE IN VANCOUVER AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW A PLACE THAT I CAN RENT A MULTI ENGINE (SUCH AS DUCHESS).

THE PLACES I KNOW LET THEIR TWINS OUT ONLY WITH INSTRUCTORS, AND I DONT PREFER THAT FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.

ANY SUGGESTIONS ??

THANKS

Dude (or Dudette)
NOBODY IS GOING TO RENT TO YOU IF YOU KEEP SHOUTING AT THEM! YOU MIGHT HAVE BETTER LUCK IF you talk at a normal volume.

Please don't tell my mother that I work in the Oilpatch...she still thinks that I'm the piano player at a whorehouse.

Pro won't let the duchess go solo. I believe there are a couple of block time type guys and someone in CYCW who'll rent you a twin solo if you've got more than 25hrs Multi. I'll try and hunt down some names

If you have some multi time I can probably set you up with a rental. I know a guy that'll take your money. PM me if interested.

Any updates on this subject?

I am interested in renting (in Canada) a twin in block times of at least 100 hours.

I have a current multi IFR, but less than 50 hours on a Seminole.
I've searched high and low for block time rentals in Canada but with no success.
Any help is much appreciated.

solo rentals on twins at most of the flight schools in the Edmonton area. I think the flying Club rents out at around 225? per hour and Cooking Lake Aviation at around the same. It depends on how much time you want to build, you might get it for less if its 50 hours in a short time.
