What is a "Group 3 Canadian Commercial Pilot license?" This ad was obviously written by an HR weenie that has no clue about the aviation industry.

The law enforcement industry?? This is not a flying job, it is a law enforcement job.

This is no job for a time building airline wannabe. Nor is it a commercial enterprise so profit is not an issue. Thus the high salary.

$51000-$61000 is not a lot. I guess someone who retires and wants a hobby could use it.

My understanding is that they got the aircraft for peanuts after it had been seized (by Customs I think).

It's called job security, and benefits, and you'll probably never be asked to break the rules... and it's in civilization....

But I guess you know a bunch more 206 drivers that are making 50k a year?

Applicants, I'd guess over 5,000, because you have the people that can't read applying, good on them for trying.

You'd have to ask Blastor when they called him for an interview.
