bonuses/insentives

Interested to know what kind of bonus or insentive programs that employers are offering these days?ie: profit sharing, tool allowance etc. My employer just wrote a check to each employee as a profit sharing. I know that Canada 3000 gave good bonuses in the past, what else is being offered out there?

Let's see here.....shit hours, low pay, and the "just be thankful you have a job" attitude from management. But we don't have to pay for coffee, does that count?

Last 2 yrs a $1000 bonus for work well done. (Christmas time)

I was given 1 free company t shirt. It is hideously ugly. Oh yeah they pay for 50% of coveralls too. Boy oh boy!!! I am so grateful!!

- Company Jacket (summer and winter)
- Company Shirts, Ballcap
- Golf Tournaments (approx. 2 or 3 per year)
- Cover-alls paid for
- Day Shifts monday to friday
- Christmas Bonus (even after only being there for 2 months)
- Pratt Heavy Maint. Course
- Flight Safety Course
- TC Audit Procedures Course
- Respect, Fair Pay, Flight Benefits, and Sunshine.
