Ever Use A Cutthroat?

Post by niss »

I decided to start using a straight razor to shave with and wondered what those of you who have used em think about em...

Old farts (.....lol just kidding) Im sure you have used them in the past.

Nah, I kinda like my "classic". If I worked at AC, I would probably call it a Legacy razor :D

According to a buddy of mine, who's dad was a barber/stylist for years, straight razors can provide the closest shave; however, to get that close shave, a very thin layer of skin is also taken off, which leads to increased occurance of zits.

The dudes dad said that the modern safety razor technology is the best for daily shaving. So save the straight razor shaves for special occasions only, because you'll break out a few days later.

My $0.02.

I just put cream on my face and let the cat like it off.
Works like a charm.
I now have a big ole overweight cat with a worn out tongue.

The average pilot, despite the somewhat swaggering exterior, is very much capable of such feelings as love, affection, intimacy and caring.
These feelings just don't involve anyone else.
