whats wrong with instructing - i didnt want to do it either but ended up instructing for a year. it was hours in the logbook. personally i think it is a far better route to take than ramp/dockhand. last time i checked companies wanted time in an airplane vs. a forklift
but answer your question directly
choice
A) military -long term commitment and strict medical etc etc lil flying
b) ramp - no garauntees on flying and it counts for nothing
c) win jackpot - get directly hired to fly corporate/charter twin
and the best option
d) Marry rich and get the other half to buy you a plane to build up time

These days it's pretty easy to get a right seat job in a twin. The problem happens a few years later when you want to upgrade. It takes forever to get your ATPL even with PIC under supervision (if your employer would even give that to you). I've seen a lot of people stuck in a right seat job because they don't have the pic to switch over. In Alberta with Contrail requirements it take that much more pic yet to fly their people around.
Instucting gives you a bank of pic time you can use later to make a much faster upgrade; about 1000 hrs is just right. Then you can go pretty much anywhere and be in a good position.
In the end, don't rush into a turbine job if you can avoid it. If you do you'll be stuck at FO wages for a very long time. The best thing is try to seek out jobs in a logical progression so you can move up to a higher level of income faster. After instucting try to find a right seat navajo job, after you fly around with those guys and they like you you'll get a quick upgrade these days if you have some pic time. With some multi pic go for whatever turbine job you want, cause you'll have the ability to captain in short order.
Mind you this is all market permitting, and this won't last forever

Why not get a float rating and try to get a job on floats....it's great experience, time in your book, you can make some pretty sweet coin and there's potential to still get into a turbine aircraft while you wait to get a twin job. I went that route and had a blast doing it, I actually really miss flying floats.
You start with a bag full of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.
