Phone Interview & Open House this Wednesday

Hey All

Well on Saturday I got my phone interview with Westjet for CSA in YVR. Things went really well and I have been informed that I will be attending the Open House on this Wednesday.

What will I expect at this open house? The email said behavioral based interviewing....what else will I expect to be seeing?

Im really looking forward to the open house.... a little nervous.... I really want this job

Is this the group interview?

If so, they get a group of approx. 6, overly enthusiastic 'westjetters' from the base you'll be working at. They ask you a bunch of stupid questions, never about aviation. They basically want to make sure they'll get along with you and that you're not an @$$hole. They ask you why you want to work for westjet, what kind of personality you have etc. You have to be too happy, all the time. Make lots of stupid jokes and just get along with them, cause they recommend people for hire. Good luck at becoming a CSA, remember to smile and wave out the window while your flights get pushed back!
