How is Transwest Air in Saskatoon? What are the conditions like? Hours? Pay? atmosphere?

I want to complete "low-down" on this company!! The good and the bad...let me hear it! lol :lol:

yup...i heard the same. my former boss left a couple weeks ago for TWA. He worked for 3 days somewhere in northen sk (ramp) and left for an actual flying job in YWG.

How ironic... a few years ago when there was not much to be had, those crying foul about TW and others would have given their left or right nut for a job. Bottom line, you make the best of what you have while you are there and move on. If you show up with experience and a rating, are not happy and have a better deal elsewhere - take the better job. If on the other hand you don't have either experience or a rating - quit whining and expecting the world to deliver everything up to you on a silver platter! :roll:
