I guess hockey should be a beautiful joke as well if you can see the amount of fist fight during a season.

Hockey would be a beautiful joke if Wayne Greztky broke his stick over someone's head with 3 minutes left in game 7 of the Stanley Cup playoffs with a tie game...in the meantime I'm avoiding Europe for fear of having a bald head empaled in my chest

Hey smart guy...I'm sure if a weasle like this ape Image said anything to Gretzky along the lines of "your father is a bumbling idiot and deserves to die" I think even Hockey's golden child would go "Bertuzzi" on Brashear's stooopid bald head.

So...crawl off a little and don't talk about what you don't know.

Europe is a beautiful place...it's a shame you don't care to visit.

I hear Pushlinch Ontario is having a hotdog fund raising event this weekend. They need a new street light.

The reason why this game appeals to so many around the world is because all that is needed is a ball. No hockey sticks, shoulder pads, golf club memberships, ankle tape, helmits, protective eye wear or basket ball hoop or pine tar.

All you need.... is a ball, if that!

PS: Live a little....THAT GOES FOR YOU TOO HAZ

Much Love, IABD

It seems that someone already went "Bertuzzi" on Brashear's stooopid bald head.

Well I do appreciate you giving me permission to head butt anyone that speaks ill of my family, like that won't come in handy.

Here's my issue with the whole thing: I like to consider myself an open guy. I started following the FIFA tourney this year when I heard Portugal was moving along, got a buddy with roots there, so I thought I would watch. I tuned in and out when I was on the ground, started to enjoy it a little bit. I ended up watching the final game start to finish, and just as I was beginning to enjoy the game, some goon, (who I am told is a star player) head butts someone. NOW COME ON...so okay they give him a gold card, or an aeromiles or red card or some shit, the teams then went out later and kicked a bunch of balls into an open net and the team that hit the post once lost.

Now tell me if your sport was properly represented!
I loved the Olympic, World-inclusive feeling of the event, one of the few sports that carries such an international feel. But surely birddog, you must be a bit embarrassed for your sport.

I hold athletes to the same code of ethics that I hold myself to. So what's the story...what's got your back up here? What am I missing?

*yawn*

Good video, really shows a bunch of people diving....

Although I'm sure his head was oh so "powerful" like your avatar "6 hits" suggests, I'm sure buddy italian(the stars of drama) did dive way back, had it been another sport I'm sure he'd still be standing puzzled as to what had just transpired...

Desksgo,

Am I disappointed Zidane did a number on ‘buddyoverthere’. YES

Am I disappointed Buddyoverthere had to shoot off his mouth to an elite world class player AND a gentlemen that was hyper sensitive about his mother when she was admitted to the hospital that morning and buddyoverthere made a derogatory remark about his mother and family just to get under his skin in such a cheap manner…YES.

Am I pissed the diving and fake injuries were brutal and a bad thing for the game…YES

Am I pissed I lost all my feathers in my 20’s and early 30’s….YES DAMMIT!!!!!! I had a great head of hair!!!

I’m sure your friend loves and appreciates the fact that you started to watch the tourney because his parent’s ‘old country’ team was doing well.

Birddog, too much negative energy. Puch out the jive, bring in the love. It surrounds you.

Did you mean PUNCH or PUSH out the jive...I'd rather PUNCH quite frankly.
