I've got a couple hundred hours in a TB21. I have heard that the TB20 could use a bit more horsepower, the TB21 I flew was great, but of course is turbocharged..and the particular one I flew was tweaked to get around 3" more MP than normal. Hands down the most comfortable single I have ever flown even on 4-5 hour legs...and can quite comfortably fit 4 adults...as long as they are not huge-there's not tons of legroom in the back. It seemed to be fairly reliable, although like any turbocharged engine if it sits for a long time you might run into trouble...wastegate issues...even had the turbocharger seize once...I never had any other issues. Of course none of that is an issue for a TB20. You could squeeze 175 KTAS out of the 21 but would burn about 17.5 GPH...I slowed it down to about 155 KTAS and burned just under 13 GPH...a little more economical given current fuel prices.
Anyways, it handles great...its a really fun airplane to fly. Very stable IFR platform...very forgiving...easy to make nice landings with the solid trailing link gear. The way you slide down into the front seat makes you feel like you are slipping into a sports car...especially with the gull wing doors.
Anyways, I could go on an on, hope that helps out, PM if you have any more questions.
