looking for a way to stand out
Hello all, first time poster long time reader. I'm living in the lower mainland and I'm really just looking for some advice. I want to get on with CMA and aside from emailing my resume I have no idea what else to do to make me stand out from the hundreds of others that apply. What I don't want to hear is how bad cma sucks, I've read those in the past and don't want to read them anymore. As a company they seem to be very solid and thats why I'm interested. Anyway, any advice would be great!
PS I've got 900ish pic and 150ish multi pic

CMA doesn't have a base, or ground crew in YMM. You really need to stop making usless posts yyz. 99% of what you post is total BS garbage.
I tried to get on with CMA years ago with no luck. It really seems like a internal reference is your best way to get noticed. I told diane that if she got me an interview I'd buy her flowers. Apparently she didn't want flowers.
Would you be willing to apply to NT air at all, or are you only interested in CMA?

Wahunga!
I expect how you can stand out is the same as any other job applications. Find out as much as you can about the company and if possible find out about the person that matters in the hiring process.
Then write custom resume and coverletter for that company stressing points about yourself that you know they would be interested in. Email/fax/mail and the follow up with a call to check they got the resume. And if you know who's in charge of hiring call them and have a chat but don't be an ass and take up their time if they aren't free.
