I can now say without a doubt, that I have seen EVERYTHING!!
But seriously, that guy probably didn't break any rules until he fired it back up and tried to taxi it without a float rating. Transport would eat that guy for breakfast.
Nice of the Airport Maintainance guys to haul ass down there to plant all that evidence too, like the "15 knot direct tailwind" and the foot of standing water that the camera didn't seem to pick up...
Anyway, the good news is looks like everyone swam away
