-how do handle a situation when you and a fellow worker don't get along or agree?
-whats the hardest thing you've ever done? (example for me: quit smoking)
-what are strongest skills?
-what are you weakest? (try to spin into a positive somehow with bullshit)
-have you ever signed a maintenance release on an unserviceable componet/aircraft (say no....)
