Isn't every second person a pilot there? Just break into random houses. I'm sure you'll find an E6-B or whatever it is you need.

For AVIATION charts you can try Wolverine Guns & Tackle beside Subway in the Stanton Plaza on Old Airport. Otherwise you might as well just order online from Calgary Pilot Supply.
