Porter Interview

Does anyone have any input on the Porter Airlines interview?

Any help would much appreciated, I'm interviewing with them next week.

Porter interview. Its all behavioral no technical. You sit down at a little terminal in the weighting room that has Porter business info on it. Watch that, there will be a test. (seriously). Three people in the panel Hr lady, Chief pilot and Ops manager.

What do you know about Porter.
What do you think about our business plan.
What do you know about our CEO
What makes a good pilot?
What do you do if a passenger is being uncooperative with a the FA in flight
What would you do if you are flying with a pilot who didn’t follow the SOP

Does Porter expect its pilots to be major buff and help weigh bags or just wait patiently studying the business info?

Out of curiosity what would you do if a passanger was being uncooperative? Never really thought about it.
