If you've ever baked space cake (and I know you all have) you'd know that a little "marijuana on the meat" would be a pointless waste of time, and it seems unlikely that minimum wage BK employees in Albuquerque would waste their stash on something so incredibly stupid. I propose a different scenario: Mark Landavazo and Henry Gabaldon, officers for the Isleta Pueblo tribal police, were in uniform and riding in a marked patrol car toking a giant spliff, when they got the munchies and bought meals at the drive-through lane October 8 of a Burger King restaurant in Los Lunas, New Mexico. Then a call for a 211 or something comes in over the radio. The two officers know they can't respond because they're way too baked, and besides they just picked up burgers for christ's sakes. So they open their baggie, sprinkle some shake on their Whopper patties, field test it (for procedural completeness) and drive off to the hospital so a doctor can send them home from work.
They're off the hook for being stoned at work, and as a bonus they get to sue Burger King for some extra pot money.

Bart:
I doubt its possible to smoke up and then go in for testing, claiming it was 'sprinkled' on your burger. For one, the smell of MJ smoke would be all over their uniforms, hands, car (assuming, as per your suggestion, that they maybe smoked inside the patrol car..)
Not too likely. It does seem silly, but then it isn't the best and brightest that necessarily work at a fast food joint.
