Is it a good school to train for the instructors rating and do they hire their graduates in the instructor rating?
Pros and cons please if anybody has any experience with them

i agree. if CYTZ is your first choice, try island air instead. however, the markham location (canadian flyers) is pretty good. good luck!

helinas: I used to work at Canadain flyers.....great place to work..starting pay was $20 per hour for class 4
the owner usually hires everyone he trains.
i would reccommend markham location because its busyer.... Owner is a really nice guy. stay away from Island Air. i worked there too the owner is a DI#K!!!!

Why not Toronto Airways, they seem to be busy all the time.

haha Toronto Airways...... haha. sorry
but seriously. Canadian Flyers at Markham is a great place. Good people, great environment and no rediculous seniority system to fly a seminole like some other schools in the area. And they have a Cirrus now.
