Flash player upgrade

Hi,

I'm keeping installing the flash player upgrade and I still can't use it. Every time a program requires it, they direct me to the download page and when I click on the download icon, that told me that the 9,X version is correctly install and the animation play properly.

Any idea how to solve this problem. It's getting annoying not to be able to see all those you tube video.
