Hired 6 guys for the Jan 19th ground school, need to hire about 15 more pilots to bring crewing levels back up to standard, due to losing guys to the current industry climate. Keep the resume's coming, we'll need lots of guys.

Thunder Bay is cheap, Sioux Lookout is a bit pricier, Winnipeg is cheap from what I hear, and I have no clue what Thompson is like as far as $$$. We have no crew houses, but if you get shipped to another base to do some temporary work the company will put you up in a hotel and pay your meals.

I was just chatting on MSN with the guy that does our hiring and he was saying people are actually turning down jobs on the PC-12, they all want the King Air  ....I guess a PC-12 job just ain't what it used to be. Oh well, to each his own I suppose. we'll soon have 3 King Airs online, so that means 15 King Air pilots. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if you stick around you'll get some multi time with the way our King Air captains have been leaving over the last year. Oh well, it'll be funny to watch the "multi snobs" banging down the door next time the industry slows down.
