Donation pop-up screen

This pop up screen(donations) is becoming extremely annoying-to the point I do not even want to waste time logging into this site. Asking for donations once is fine, however to consistently present a pop screen is not.
I would be more apt to donate with an occasional request.
I understand there are costs involved, but lets use a more polite way of getting these donations.
